Kickoff call.
We hop on a call to walk through anything the questionnaire didn't cover and align on direction before anyone touches a keyboard. - 4
Build it — 3 to 5 days.
From the kickoff call, expect 3–5 days to design, build, and hand over the first cut. Communication stays back-and-forth the whole time so we catch any course-corrections early — you'll never get to the end and find out we were off the rails on day one. - 5
